Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- During promotional campaigns, sales events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination within Pakistan:

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination province, and will be clearly displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.
We may occasionally run free shipping promotions on qualifying carts. Details of active shipping promotions will be listed directly on the home page and shopping cart header.
4. Order Tracking
Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking number via email, SMS, or your account dashboard.
You can use this tracking number on our designated shipping partner's portal to check the real-time status and estimated delivery window of your package.
5. Delivery Delays
While we coordinate closely with our logistics partners, delivery times can sometimes be affected by:
- Unfavorable weather or regional transport blockages
- National public holidays or cargo backlogs
- High order volumes during peak festive seasons
- Incorrect delivery coordinates or unreachable phone numbers
NR Cosmetics is not liable for delay contingencies caused entirely by courier service disruptions.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing precise shipping details and reachable contact phone numbers during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delay issues or return shipping charges may occur. Please note that we cannot change address information once packages have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order package arrives in a damaged condition, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
We will promptly coordinate with the logistics service provider to run an audit investigation and determine an appropriate refund or replacement resolution.
